ADMD provides extensive services regarding antidumping investigations and litigations against measures taken by the administration against exporters. We provide assistance for questionnaire filing, hearings, on-site inspections and lawsuits filed at Council of State for cancellation of measures applied. Our office is experienced in antidumping investigations, safeguard investigations, subsidies and countervailing duty investigations, anti-circumvention investigation related with antidumping measures and measures against unfair practices in international trade. ADMD provides consulting services to groups of companies or individual foreign exporters and/or Turkish companies dealing with the technical and legal aspects of the Turkish antidumping procedures.
